By using EduGames NG ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

EduGames NG is an educational platform providing free games, quizzes, worksheets and study resources for Nigerian primary and secondary school students. It is operated by EduGames NG, Lagos, Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is open to all students, teachers and parents. Users under 13 years of age should use the Platform with parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You have parental consent if you are under 13
  • You will use the Platform for lawful educational purposes only

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform
  • Post offensive, abusive or inappropriate content in comments or contact forms
  • Scrape, copy or reproduce our games, quizzes or content without permission
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate other users
  • Use automated bots to play games or earn leaderboard points

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Paystack
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time from your Profile page
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period after payment is processed
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
  • Free plan users may have their download limits adjusted at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content on EduGames NG — including games, quiz questions, worksheets, graphics, code and text — is owned by EduGames NG or our content partners. You may:

  • Use the Platform for personal educational purposes
  • Print worksheets for classroom or personal study use
  • Share links to our pages

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute or sell any of our content
  • Use our games or quizzes on another website without written permission
  • Remove our branding from any downloaded content

7. Leaderboard and Points

Points and leaderboard rankings are for educational motivation only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. We reserve the right to adjust, reset or remove leaderboard data at any time, including to address cheating or technical errors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EduGames NG is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

  • All game content or quiz answers are error-free (report errors via the Contact page)
  • The Platform will be available 100% of the time
  • Use of the Platform will guarantee any exam result

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, EduGames NG is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including exam results, data loss or service interruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
